CommentI have called them several times and have been told that they would take my name off this list. This has not happened yet.
To make it worse, the number is my cell phone and I am being charged for these calls. The last time I answered the rude person there asked me why would they have my number. I am going to report them to the BBB and hope some actions will take place. if not I will get the attorney general on this.

I hope some presidential candidate will eliminate all credit reports that dont have the proof to support the debt . I used the name Smith in the phone book and when I get a call for Mrs Smith I know it is a telemarketer since my name is not Smith. I got a call and did not answer it , I get a recorded call asking for a completely different name . Just dont answer they will stop.  |

Written by jimsmith1562, on 05-06-2008 20:04 better get a lawyer now; they stopped harrassing me, then reported it to equifax based on my middle initial and the number in my address. the rest of the address and middle name didd not match, and they did not have my ssn, but equifax gladly let them assign it to me and ruin my credit. |
