have been getting several calls but never answer because I do not recognize number, so, i finally answered today..oh my goodness....rude is too kind a word...they are breaking laws...I told them never to call again and they said they could call whenever they wanted..they have no documents to back up claims...and used a name I have not gone by in over 15 years and the loan is under my ex husbands name...I have already written BBB in Az and I am writing the Attorney Generals office in AZ next...these people must be stopped..I am also writting the AG in New York, cause they have an office there..I am also going on Planet Feed Back..those people report to senators, house reps and legislators..

better get a lawyer now; they stopped harrassing me, then reported it to equifax based on my middle initial and the number in my address. the rest of the address and middle name didd not match, and they did not have my ssn, but equifax gladly let them assign it to me and ruin my credit.
